The conference is under auspices of Ministry of Education of Chinese Taipei and APEC/EDNET. The theme of the conference is on K-12 English learning with ICT. The presentations at the conference will explore the trends in English learning with technologies such as virtual learning community of practice, virtual learning worlds, and game-based learning. The conference will also showcase the design and practice of international PBL and collaborative learning program in APEC Cyber Academy.
